Bangladesh

Known as the “Land of Rivers”, Bangladesh is a destination which entrances the visitor with its winding waterways, lush jungles, jewel-bright colours and fragrant spices. The country is low-lying and situated on sprawling deltas which criss-cross the landscape with rivers. Boat travel is common, and some popular things to do include gliding through silent mangrove trees on a wildlife swamp safari, or taking a boat ride through chaotic capital city Dhaka.
