Book an Appointment
Booking online is the easiest way to book an appointment at our clinic. Please book one timeslot for each person.
We do not accept walk-in appointments.

Cancellation policy:
In our effort to provide you with the best possible service, we ask that you book a slot for a travel vaccine consult. This guarantees you one on one time with our nurse.
A no-show fee of 65 USD will be charged in the event that:
- You do not show up for your appointment without having called us the previous day to let us know you are not coming.
- You cancel your appointment on the same date your appointment was scheduled.
- You are cancelling your appointment after having previously rescheduled it.
The cancellation fee will be used towards the consult fee in case you require any vaccination up to a year in the future.
We make every effort to accomodate any change of plans and last-minute circumstance changes. Our cancellation policy is in place to allow us to better manage our patient flow. When a patient makes a booking and does not show to their appointment, it means another patient was not able to book that particular slot and our team was not utilized as intended for the period of time that was assigned. This policy allows us to ensure that we bring you the best possible service.
