FAQs

1. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit cards and mobile payments.

We do not currently work with any insurance company. We will however, provide you with an itemized invoice and receipt that contains all the necessary information to submit a claim to your insurance company

3. Will my health insurance cover the cost of travel vaccines?

Most insurance companies will not cover the cost of travel vaccines as they are considered an elective procedure. To know if your plan does cover travel vaccines, we recommend reaching out to your individual plan provider to understand what their coverage is. We will provide you with all the information you need to submit a claim in case you chose to do so. However, we cannot guarantee your claim will be successful.

4. How do I know which vaccines I need to travel?

We base our recommendations on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines. Our medical staff will work with you to understand your immunization needs based on these guidelines and on your personal situation.

5. When will I get the vaccines?

When you come in for a vaccination consult, our medical staff will go over your vaccination requirements. As a specialist travel clinic, we carry stock of all vaccines permanently. You will get the vaccines during your appointment.

6. What are routine vaccines?

Routine vaccines are commonly given during childhood, during entry into the United States through immigration and naturalization procedures or for specific kinds of employment. Routine vaccines are typically given by most Primary Care Physicians.

7. I already have a prescription for my vaccines. Do I still need to do the health assessment?

The short answer is: yes. Vaccines are some of the safest, most effective ways to prevent diseases. However, we still need to make sure that there are no contraindications for you to receive the vaccine. We take your wellbeing very seriously and the health assessment prior to vaccination is a key step in our process.
